Our place is at Plot No-4 over in Ecotech-2. It’s an industrial area, so there are always trucks coming and going. We’ve been set up here for a good bit. We spend most of our time on the floor making sure things are running right. It gets a bit loud sometimes with the machinery, but you get used to it. We don't have a big fancy office with carpets. It’s more about the work being done on the floor. Most of us have been here long enough that we don't need to say much to each other to get things moving. We just show up and start. There’s always a lot of cleaning to do after a shift. The location is okay for getting things out to the main roads. It saves us some time when the drivers arrive. We don’t really go in for big speeches or anything like that. We just focus on the stuff we’re making. Sometimes the weather makes the warehouse a bit hot or cold, but that’s just how it goes in these sheds. We keep our logs and check the supplies. It’s a pretty simple setup. We like it that way. No one is trying to show off. We just handle the business and head home at the end of the day. It’s honest work for the people here. We have a small break room where we keep the kettle going constantly. Most of the guys here prefer a strong cup of tea before they get back to the machines.
