Our shop is located at B-37 in the Udyog Kunj Industrial Area, Phase 2. We are pretty close to the Samasmg plant, so it’s easy to find us if you’re familiar with this part of town. We work on a mix of technology and communications stuff, mostly helping other businesses keep their systems running. It’s a lot of wires, servers, and computer parts laying around the office. Some days it feels like we are just fighting with hardware that doesn't want to cooperate. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to make us look polished. It’s just a group of us who know our way around a motherboard. The industrial area can be a bit rough around the edges, and our building is much the same. We spend our time troubleshooting errors and trying to make sure the network doesn't go down when people need it most. It is honest work, and we get a lot of calls when things break. Sometimes we are working late because a client has an emergency. We don't mind it too much, it is just what we do. We try to keep things simple and explain what’s wrong without using too much jargon. It’s a busy life here in Udyog Kunj, but we like the pace and the people we work with every day. We keep the screens on and the fans spinning.
