Ricoh India Ltd

Our office for Ricoh India Ltd is situated in Sector 49, specifically at B-13. It’s one of those areas where every building looks a little bit like the next one, so you really have to watch the numbers. Inside, it’s exactly what you’d expect from a workspace. We have desks, some old filing cabinets that haven’t been moved in years, and a printer that usually works when you need it to. People here just go about their business without much fuss. We aren't big on those morning huddles or team-building exercises. Mostly, we just say hello, get our work done, and check the clock around five. The Sector 49 area is okay for commuting, though some of us have a long trek to get here. B-13 has been our home for a while, and the walls are starting to show a bit of wear, but it feels lived in. We keep a stash of biscuits in the drawer for when the afternoon slump hits. The lighting isn't the best, but we've got enough lamps to make it work. It’s just a regular group of people at Ricoh India Ltd doing what needs to be done. We don't try to be anything we're not. It’s a simple setup in a busy part of the city, and that suits us just fine for now. Sometimes we stay a bit late to finish things up, but usually, we like to get out on time.
