Rent Agreement

Down at Sector 22 E 63, we run a place called Rent Agreement. As you can guess from the name, we handle the paperwork for people moving into new flats or shops. It sounds boring to some, but it's important. People need things done correctly so they don't have trouble later. We see a lot of students and office workers coming through. Sector 22 is a lively area, so there’s always someone moving in or moving out. Our office is small, just enough space for a computer and a couple of chairs. We spend our time typing up terms and making sure the stamps are in the right place. It gets busy at the start of the month. Everyone wants their papers ready at the same time. We try to keep up. Sometimes the printer acts up, which is a pain, but we manage. We’ve been at E 63 for a while now, so most of the local landlords know us. We don't do flashy ads. People just tell their friends to come here. It’s a lot of sitting and checking IDs and dates. We drink plenty of water because the office gets warm in the afternoons. It’s just a regular local service. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to make sure your rent papers are finished on time so you can move. It's just simple clerical work that helps the neighborhood function smoothly.
