Buniyad Retail

Buniyad Retail is based in Sector 18 at G-57/58. This part of the city is always moving. We deal with retail spaces and commercial spots mostly. If someone wants to open a shop or needs a place for their stock, they come talk to us. We’ve got a decent amount of space in our office to show maps and layouts. It’s not a quiet job. There’s always a phone ringing or someone walking in with a question about a lease. We spend time visiting different blocks in Sector 18 to see what’s vacant. You have to keep your eyes open. The retail world changes fast; one shop closes and another wants to open the next day. We help bridge that gap. Our team is just a few local people who know the commercial market here. We don't use big words or fancy presentations. We just show you what’s available and tell you the rent. Sometimes we have to deal with repairs or maintenance issues too. It’s all part of managing these retail spots. At G-57/58, we keep things pretty organized, though there’s usually a stack of flyers on the counter. We’ve been here long enough to know most of the other shop owners on the street. It’s a community, really. We just play our part in keeping the business side of things moving along. It keeps us busy from morning till evening.
