We are situated at Shop Number 6 in the Pandip Market, which is right near the Chaura More in Sector-22. Being in a local market means there is never a dull moment. There are always people walking past and other shopkeepers calling out to each other. We focus on the retail side of chemicals and related supplies. The shop isn't huge, so we have to be very smart about how we stack the shelves. Every inch of space is used for something. We have a counter at the front where we talk to customers, and most of them are people from around the neighborhood or small business owners from nearby sectors. The floor is tiled and we try to keep it clean, but with people coming in from the dusty street, it’s a constant task. We have a small back room for storing the extra stock and a tiny desk where we keep the accounts. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, so the ceiling fan is always on high speed. We don't do fancy advertising or have a big marketing department. People mostly hear about us from their friends or just see our sign while they’re out shopping for groceries. We just like being part of the Sector-22 community and helping people find the right products for their projects.
