We’re based out of Ag 54 in the Ansal Plaza Mall, right near Parichokk in Sector 18. It’s a big mall, so it takes a bit to walk from the parking lot to the shop. We’ve been here at Peter England for a while now. The mall life is a bit different from a street shop because of the air conditioning and the security guards. We usually start the day by checking the lights and making sure the displays look okay. People come into the mall to hang out, and some end up in our store looking for a new tie or a jacket. We don't try to push anything on anyone. If someone wants to try ten shirts and not buy any, that’s just how it goes. We do a lot of folding, like I said, shirts don't stay neat for long. Sector 18 gets really busy, especially with the crowd coming from Parichokk. It’s a lot of young professionals and families. We keep the shop open late because that’s when the mall is most active. It’s a lot of standing on your feet, but you get used to it. The shop is just a regular place where you can find work clothes or something for a party. Nothing fancy or complicated about it. We just run the store and go home at night. It's a long commute for some of us, but we've been doing it so long it's just normal now.
