The Kavaliers

The Kavaliers is tucked away in the Noida Special Economic Zone, specifically over at Plot No. 129G/39 in Phase-Ii. If you’ve ever tried to get through the security gates at the SEZ, you know it can be a bit of a process in the morning. Our spot is a practical one. We don't spend much time on decorations or making things look pretty. It’s all about the work we have in front of us. Noida gets incredibly hot in the summer, and our building feels every bit of it, though we try to keep the fans going. We have been operating out of this plot for a while now. The neighborhood is full of other industrial spots, so there is always the sound of trucks and people moving crates nearby. Inside, it’s mostly just us sitting at our desks or moving around the floor to check on things. We don’t really do big meetings; we just talk over the desks when something needs fixing. The paperwork for being in an economic zone is a bit of a headache sometimes, but we stay on top of it. It’s a straightforward environment. We show up, we do what needs to be done for the day, and we head back out through the gates. It’s a lot of routine, but it works for us and keeps the business going.
