We are located quite close to Silvercity, so there are always people walking by or driving through the area. The shop isn’t very large, but we’ve managed to fit in everything we need to keep things running. We have the basic salon chairs, a wash basin, and a bunch of shelves for the products we use. It’s a very local kind of place. Most of our customers live in the apartments nearby and they just walk over when they have some free time. We spend a lot of the day sweeping up hair and folding towels. It’s a routine that we are used to by now. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in, which is just part of living in Noida. We don’t use any fancy language here. We just tell people what we can do and then we do it. The shop has a big glass front, so we can see everything happening on the street while we work. It’s nice to watch the neighborhood go by. We keep the place as clean as possible, though with all the hair and products, it’s a constant job. We’re just a regular shop doing regular salon work for the people in Sector 93. It's nothing fancy but we like it.
