Opad Shoes

We are Opad Shoes, based at B-9 in Sector 60. This is just a small place where we handle all our business. There are shoes stacked up in every corner of the room. Sector 60 is a bit of a quiet area compared to others, but we like it that way. We spend a lot of our time checking over the stock and making sure everything is in the right place. The building at B-9 isn't very big, but it works for what we need. We don't have any big corporate offices. It is just a few of us working here. Sometimes the deliveries arrive late, and we have to stay into the night to get everything sorted. That is just how it goes when you run a small business. We don't use any fancy language to talk about what we do. We just sell shoes. Most of our customers are from the surrounding area. They know where we are. We have a simple desk and a phone that rings more than I would like. It gets a bit hot in the summer because the fans aren't great. But we keep the door open to get a breeze from outside. Opad Shoes is a straightforward operation. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that. We just show up at Sector 60 and do the work that needs doing. It is a steady rhythm and it keeps us going day after day.
