Our office is situated at L-1 in the Noida Special Economic Zone, which most people just call NSEZ. It sits right on the Dadri Express Way in Noida Phase-2. Getting in and out of the zone can be a bit of a hassle because of the security checks at the main gate every morning. Pegasa Learning Systems Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this building for a long time now. The structure is quite industrial and plain, which is common for this part of the city. Inside, it is mostly just rows of computers and people sitting with their headsets on. We develop various learning systems and software tools. It is a lot of quiet work, mostly just typing and testing things over and over again until they work. The cafeteria nearby is where we usually grab a quick bite to eat. It is not the most exciting place to spend a day, but it is very practical for what we do. We have a few meeting rooms that always seem to be booked. The windows look out onto other large concrete buildings in the zone. It is a focused atmosphere, but we try to keep things relaxed inside our own small space. We have a few office plants that we try our best to keep alive, though it is hard with only artificial light. Most of us are just focused on our screens, dealing with data and educational content. It is a steady, predictable pace.
