Nazreen Communication

Our shop is right in the middle of Sector 31 in Nithari. It’s a busy area and there is always something going on outside the door. Most of the day is spent handling small things for people who live nearby. People drop in because their phone stopped charging or they need a new screen protector because they dropped their device on the pavement. It gets pretty dusty out here, so we are constantly cleaning the glass counters. Nazreen Communication isn’t a big corporate outlet, it’s just a local spot where we know many of the faces walking by. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit there waiting for it to come back so we can finish a repair. We have stacks of SIM cards and chargers and cases all over the walls. It’s a bit cramped when more than three people come in at once. Nithari has its own rhythm and we are just part of that daily life. We don't do much advertising; people usually just find us by walking through the market or hearing from a neighbor. The work is mostly hands-on, fiddling with tiny screws and trying to see things under a magnifying glass. It’s what we do. We open up early and stay until the market starts to quiet down in the evening. There’s always a tea stall nearby which helps get through the long afternoons when the sun is hitting the storefront and the heat starts to pick up.
