Model Footwears Pvt. Ltd. is based out of A-34 in Sector-64, Phase III. It is a big industrial block and there is always something going on in the street. We have got a fair amount of space here for the shoe production. The floor is usually covered with soles and uppers waiting to be put together. It gets pretty loud when all the machines are running at once. We have a lot of workers coming in shifts. It is a lot of coordination to make sure everything stays on track. Sector-64 is pretty far out for some, but it is where the space is. We do not have a fancy front office for visitors. Most people who come here are just delivering supplies or picking up boxes. We keep our heads down and focus on the footwear. The dust from the materials is just something we live with. We are not trying to be a designer brand with a lot of ads. We just make the shoes and send them out. The canteen nearby is where most of us grab lunch. It is a basic routine day in and day out. Sometimes a machine breaks down and we have to spend half the day fixing it. That is just part of the business. We have been in Phase III for years and know the layout like the back of our hand.
