Masala Mix

Masala Mix is located over in Sector 80, right along Dadri Road. If you know where Rahul Motors is, we are just a short walk from there. It's a busy stretch of road with a lot of traffic passing by at all hours. We spend a lot of time here dealing with different spices and blends. The smell of the powders sometimes gets quite strong, especially when the wind blows through the front door. We don't have a big corporate office; it’s just a practical space where we work. The floors are often a bit dusty from the ingredients we move around, and there are bags piled up in the corners. We use basic machines and a lot of manual effort to get things ready. The shop is easy to spot once you get past the car repair places. Most days, we are busy weighing things out or checking the stock that came in that morning. The light in this part of Sector 80 is quite bright in the mornings, so we start early to beat the heat. It is a straightforward business. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements or polished brochures. We just focus on the masalas and making sure the bags are sealed properly. It can get a bit loud with the traffic from Dadri Road, but you get used to it after a few days of working here. We usually keep a few jars open on the counter for people to see what we have. It’s just us doing the work.
