So, we operate out of Sector-82 in Noida, specifically in Kendriya Vihar-II. If you know the area, it's mostly residential, and we’re located right in Flat B-116 in Pocket-6. It’s a bit of a different setup for a shoe company like Leiner Shoes Private Limited, being in a residential complex and all. But it keeps things grounded. We don't have a giant showroom with bright lights. Most of our time is spent looking at samples or checking orders on the computer. The commute around Noida can be a bit of a pain with the traffic on the main roads, but once you get inside the gates of the society, it’s actually quite peaceful. We’ve been here for a bit now. Sometimes the neighbors ask what we’re up to, and we just tell them we’re busy with the footwear business. It’s a small team, nothing too crazy. We handle the paperwork and the planning from this flat. It gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of boxes coming in or going out, but we make it work. The weather in Noida gets really hot in the summer, so the AC is usually running all day. We like the local feel of the place. It doesn't feel like a cold, gray office building. It feels like a place where real work happens every single day. We just try to keep things organized and stay on top of our lists.
