Jaypee Greens Golf & Spa Resort

We’ve been here at G Block in Greater Noida for quite a while now. If you drive down Surajpur Kasna Road, you can’t really miss the turn-off for us. It’s a big patch of green in an area that’s mostly getting built up with concrete. Most of us who work here have been doing this for years, and we just go about our business keeping the grass trimmed and making sure the rooms are tidy for whoever shows up. It gets pretty quiet out here in the mornings, which is nice compared to the noise of the city. We spend a lot of time checking the fairways and making sure the spa area doesn't have any leaks or broken tiles. It's just a regular job for the most part, though the grounds are much bigger than a standard office. People come through for the golf or just to get away from the traffic for a weekend. We don't do much fancy talking. If someone needs a towel or wants to know where the next hole is, we just show them. The weather out here in Greater Noida can be a bit harsh in the summer, so we’re always fixing things up. It’s a lot of walking back and forth across the property every day. Sometimes the birds get louder than the people, which we don't mind at all. We just keep things running and try to stay organized at the front desk.
