We are based at C-44 in Sector-53, Noida. It’s a straightforward training center where we help people learn new skills. The building is easy to find if you’re familiar with the sector. Inside, we have rooms set up with chairs and whiteboards. It’s not a high-tech lab, just a place where teachers and students sit down to go over lessons. There’s usually a lot of chatter in the hallways during the breaks when everyone goes out to the local stalls for tea or a samosa. The office part of it is where we keep the schedules and the student records. It’s a bit cramped with all the registers and folders, but we know where everything is. The air conditioning in the classrooms is the most important thing during the Noida summers, otherwise, nobody could concentrate. We don’t use fancy words to describe what we do. We just provide a space for learning and try to keep the classes running on time. Some days are busier than others, especially when a new batch starts and the reception area gets crowded. We’ve been in Sector-53 for quite a while, so the local rickshaw drivers and shopkeepers all know where C-44 is. It’s a plain, hardworking environment where the goal is just to get the training done properly. We don’t have a big corporate culture; we just show up, teach, and handle the paperwork as it comes.
