Our office for Integral Bio Sciences Pvt. Ltd. is at C-64 in the Hosiery Complex, Phase-2. This is Gautam Budh Nagar, which is a very industrial part of the city. You see trucks and delivery vans moving around the streets all day long. We have been in this complex for a long time and we are used to the rhythm of the place. The office and our workspace are all located in the same building. It is a bit loud outside because of the machinery in the neighboring units, but inside we try to keep things a bit more orderly. Since we deal with science and lab work, we have to be careful about how we keep the space. It is not a fancy corporate office with rugs and expensive art. It is mostly metal tables, lab equipment, and stacks of logbooks. There is often a faint smell of cleaning supplies or chemicals in the air. We usually get in early because the commute to Phase-2 can be quite long depending on the traffic. There are not many spots to eat nearby, so most of us bring our own tiffin from home. We sit in the small break area and talk about regular things. It is a solid, hardworking environment. We do not have time for a lot of unnecessary talk.
