Indo Dairy

Indo Dairy is located right on MR Road in Sector 10, specifically C-213. We are usually up and running before most people in the neighborhood are even awake. The milk crates arrive early, and there is a lot of clinking and banging around at 5 AM. It is a simple setup we have here. We spend most of the morning dealing with deliveries and making sure everything stays cold in the fridge. The floor is almost always a bit wet because we are constantly washing the containers and the tiles. It’s just how it is when you deal with dairy stuff all day. Our spot in Sector 10 is easy to find, right near the corner. We don’t really do any advertising; people just know we are here. The neighbors sometimes complain about the truck noise, but they still come in for their morning supplies. It’s a small team, maybe three or four of us depending on the day. We have a small desk in the corner for the accounts, but it’s mostly covered in old receipts and pens that don't always work. Sometimes the fridge makes a weird humming sound that we have to kick to get it to stop. It’s not the quietest job, and your hands are always cold, but it’s what we do. By the afternoon, things slow down a bit and we start cleaning up for the next day. It is just our daily routine.
