Operating out of Plot No-B17 in Surajpur Site C is a bit of a trek for some of us, but we are used to it by now. The Industrial Block E Road gets pretty busy with trucks and tempos moving in and out all day long. We are situated in Ecotech III, not far from Kasna Road and the Amit Bhati Chowk landmark. Dairy Fun India Pvt. Ltd. is basically a big warehouse and office space where we handle everything. It’s an industrial area, so there’s always a bit of noise from the neighboring units and the sound of heavy engines. We arrive early when the air is still a bit cool before the sun hits the tin roofs and makes things warm. The workday usually involves a lot of checking lists and making sure the loaders are doing their bit. It’s not glamorous work, just steady. The office inside is functional with simple desks and a water cooler that gets a lot of use during the summer months. We see a lot of people coming through the Amit Bhati Chowk area, mostly drivers and vendors. Sometimes the power goes out, which is just part of being in this industrial belt, so we have to wait it out or use the backup. We keep things straightforward here. There isn't much room for sitting around. We just focus on the inventory and the distribution schedules that come across our desks. It’s a busy environment but we have a rhythm that works for our crew.
