Air India

Our office is tucked away in the basement at G 149, Sector 63. It’s right near Santinath Mill Street. It isn't the easiest place to find if you aren't looking for it, but we've been here for a good bit now. Being in a basement has its quirks, like it stays a bit cooler in the summer but we don't get much sunlight. We handle stuff for Air India here. It's mostly paperwork, bookings, and helping people out with their travel questions. The street outside can get pretty noisy with all the industrial activity around Santinath Mill, but inside it’s usually just the sound of keyboards and phones. We don't have a big reception area or flashy signs. It’s just a practical workspace where we sit and handle the daily tasks. Most of us have been working in this sector for years, so we know the area well. Sometimes the rain makes the street a bit messy, but that's just how it is in this part of town. We just focus on getting the work done and making sure the files are in order. It’s a straightforward setup. No frills, just desks and computers and a lot of work to get through before the day ends. We might not have a view, but we keep the operations running every single day without fail. It's a bit cramped, but we make it work just fine for everyone who comes in.
