Helpline 247 Support Pvt Ltd is located over in Malviya Nagar, right on Shivalik Road at C 83. It’s a busy spot and we’ve been here for a good bit of time now. The office is usually humming with noise because there’s always someone on the phone. We do support work, so it means we’re basically always available, hence the name. It’s not a glamorous job, sitting with headsets on for hours, but someone has to do it. We handle a lot of different calls and try to help people figure out their issues without making it too complicated. The traffic on Shivalik Road can be a nightmare sometimes, so getting to the office is a chore, but once we’re in, we just focus on the queues. We have a small break room where we drink way too much tea to keep going through the long shifts. It’s just a regular office setup, nothing special to look at. We’ve got desks and computers and a lot of notes pinned up everywhere. Malviya Nagar is a good area to be based in, even if it gets crowded. We don’t really worry about fancy branding or looking corporate. We just make sure there’s someone at the desk when a call comes through. It’s straightforward work. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just a reliable place where the phones get answered properly and things get sorted. We get a lot of delivery guys coming in and out too.
