We are located right in the middle of Connaught Place, at N-33/22/W-17/E. If you know this part of Delhi, you know how busy it gets with all the cars and people rushing around. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we get the security work organized. Most of the day is spent on the phone or checking rosters for the guards. It’s a lot of paperwork and making sure everyone is at their post on time. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks or we run out of pens, just like any other place. We’ve been at this address for a bit now, and we know the tea stall guy around the corner pretty well. The traffic noise from the street usually makes it hard to hear, so we keep the windows shut mostly. Security isn't always exciting like in movies, it’s mostly just staying alert and keeping track of things. We have a few desks, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of logbooks that need filling out every single day. It’s a steady job and we try to keep things moving without too much fuss. People drop by to ask about jobs or just to find their way around the blocks of CP. We just do our bit and go home when the shift ends. It’s basic work but it keeps us busy from morning until late at night. We don't have any fancy posters or a big sign outside, just a simple door that lets people know where we are. It’s just us doing our daily rounds.
