Gyan Shakti Vidyalaya

Gyan Shakti Vidyalaya is right across from Gautam Budha Park, near Sector-15A. It’s a good location because the park gives us a nice view and some fresh air during the day. The school itself isn’t very large, but we make the most of what we have. We’ve got several classrooms where the kids sit for their daily lessons and writing. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going all the time to keep everyone comfortable. The floors are stone and easy to sweep clean after the kids leave at the end of the day. We have a small gate at the front where the parents wait when the bell rings. You can hear the birds from the park across the street during the quiet times when the kids are studying. We don’t have a big fancy office, just a desk and some chairs where we talk to visitors or parents. The teachers are usually busy marking papers or talking to the students during the short breaks. We focus on the basic subjects like reading, writing, and math. Sometimes we take the kids outside if the weather is cool enough to stand it. It’s a humble place, honestly. We don’t have much in the way of expensive equipment, but the kids seem to learn just fine with what we have. Most people who live in Sector-15A know where we are. It’s a steady, daily routine for us here. We’ve been here for a few years now and it’s become our second home. We keep the gates open only at set times.
