Gelato Vinto

Gelato Vinto is over at The Great India Place in Sector 38, specifically in the Sector 38A part of the mall. We’ve been here for a while now, tucked in with all the other stores and places to eat. It’s a big mall, so it takes a bit of walking to get to us, but once you’re here, it’s easy enough to find. We have a small counter and some space for the equipment we use every day. Most of the time, we’re busy cleaning up or getting things ready for the next group of people who walk by. The weekends are always the busiest, and sometimes we don't even have time to take a proper lunch break. It’s just the way it goes in a place like this. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just show up, put on our uniforms, and do the work. The lights in the mall are always really bright, which can be a bit tiring after eight or nine hours. We get a lot of regulars who work in the other shops in the mall and come by during their breaks. It’s nice to have those short conversations with people we know. We aren't trying to be anything more than what we are, which is just a small business in a large building. We just try to keep things steady and handle the crowd.
