Flavours Amul Parlour

We are located at E-29 in the Masa Kundri Market, right on the Noida Dadri Road. Being so close to the Subji Mandli means there is always a lot of activity outside our door. People come in after they finish their vegetable shopping, often looking a bit tired. Our shop is small and focused on Amul products like milk, butter, and ice cream. The freezers are always humming in the background, which is a sound you just get used to after a while. We have a few stools for people to sit on while they eat their ice cream, but mostly they just stand around and talk. The floor gets dusty because of the market traffic, so we are always sweeping it out. It’s a family business, and my younger brother is usually here in the evenings when it gets crowded. We know the regular customers who come by every single morning for their milk packets. It is a simple routine we have followed for years. The summers are really something else here, with everyone wanting cold drinks and cones. Sometimes the power cuts out and we have to start the generator, which is a bit of a hassle. It isn’t a fancy place, just a standard dairy parlour in a busy market. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, the crates can pile up a bit. There is always the sound of traffic and people talking just outside the door.
