Education Training

Education Training is based over in Deepak Vihar. It’s a residential pocket that is relatively quiet compared to the main market areas. Our setup here is quite modest. We have a single room that serves as our main workspace. It’s filled with a few desks, some stacks of manuals, and a computer that we use for all our logging. The walls are painted a light blue, but it’s starting to fade in the spots where the sun hits it directly. We have a big window that lets in a lot of light in the mornings, which is nice because it saves us on the electricity bill. There aren't many people working here, usually just two or three of us at any given time. We don't have a formal reception area, so when someone comes by, we just pull up a chair for them. The floor is simple cement, polished but showing some wear and tear over the years. We have a small cupboard where we keep our tea supplies and a few snacks for the late afternoons. It’s a very practical environment. We don't go in for big meetings or fancy presentations. Most of our day is spent just handling the training materials and making sure everything is ready for the next day. It’s a steady, no-nonsense kind of place in the middle of Deepak Vihar. Sometimes, the neighbors' kids play cricket right outside, and we hear the ball hitting the gate.
