Tusthi Executive Access & Consultants

Over in Sector 53, we have our little setup for Tusthi Executive Access & Consultants. Noida is a big hub for this kind of work, but we prefer being in a quieter spot like this. It’s not a high-rise office. We’re just in a regular building where we can get things done without too much noise. Our day-to-day is mostly talking to candidates and looking over resumes. It’s a lot of phone time. The office is pretty simple—just some tables, chairs, and a few cabinets for all the files we keep. We don't have a big reception area or anyone to greet you at the door. Usually, you just walk in and find someone working. We like keeping it that way because it’s less stressful. We aren't interested in sounding corporate or using buzzwords. We just try to find the right people for the jobs we’re told about. It’s more of a local operation than anything else. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad. We have a small corner where we keep the snacks and the coffee machine. It’s not always the most exciting work, but we take it seriously enough to get it right. We’ve been around Sector 53 for a while now, and we’re quite comfortable with how things are going. No big plans to move or change everything. The lighting is a bit dim in the back room, so we mostly stay up front. It's just us doing our thing.
