Our workplace is located at F-384 in Sector 63. This part of Noida is full of offices and factories, and we’ve been part of it for a while. We work on control systems, which basically means a lot of wiring, panels, and testing. It’s not the kind of work you can rush through because everything has to be connected properly or it won't work. The office at F-384 is fairly simple. We have a space for the assembly and a small area for the paperwork. Most of the guys here are more comfortable with a soldering iron than a computer. We get deliveries of components throughout the week, so there are always boxes stacked up in the corners. It’s a practical environment. We don't have any flashy signs or a fancy reception area. If someone comes to see us, they usually walk right into the work zone. Sector 63 can get really dusty and the traffic is a nightmare during rush hour, but it’s a good location for what we do. We just focus on building the systems as per the requirements we get. There’s a lot of double-checking and testing before anything leaves our doors. It’s honest, technical work and we’ve got a small, steady team that knows the drill. We just take things one project at a time and try to stay organized so we don't lose any small screws.
