Design Koplabs

Design Koplabs is located over at Sector 2, B/24. It’s a straightforward spot in an area that is a mix of houses and small businesses. The building is easy to find once you get into the right block. We have a few rooms here where we set up all our equipment. It’s mostly just a bunch of desks and monitors. We aren't big on decorations, so the walls are mostly bare, except for maybe a calendar or a few notes taped up near the light switch. We start the day by opening the windows to get some air in before it gets too warm inside. The street outside isn't too loud most of the time, which helps when we really need to concentrate on a project. We usually have some music playing quietly in the background, nothing too distracting for the rest of the staff. Most of the people working here have been around for a while, so we have a good flow going and everyone knows what they need to do. We handle the daily stuff as it comes, whether it’s a big project or just some small fixes that need to be finished. We don’t have a formal reception area, so if you walk in, you’re basically right in the middle of where we are working. We find that works better for us anyway. There’s a small kitchen area where we keep the microwave and some mugs for coffee. It’s a very practical space.
