Design Associates Inc, Noida is actually located at 40, Karni Nagar B, right opposite the Vrindavan Public School on Makarwali Road in Ajmer, Rajasthan. It might seem a bit confusing with the Noida name, but this is where we are based. The office is in a residential-feeling area, and we use the school across the street as a main landmark for anyone trying to visit us. Makarwali Road gets quite busy when school starts and ends, with all the buses and parents around. The rest of the time, Karni Nagar B is a fairly quiet neighborhood. Our building is a standard house-style structure where we have set up our workspace. We have some desks and drawing boards spread out where we spend most of our hours. It’s not a fancy corporate environment by any means. There are often stray dogs sleeping in the shade outside or a local tea seller passing by. We like the local feel of being in Ajmer rather than a big city hub. The work keeps us at our desks for long stretches, but we take breaks to watch the activity on the street. We don’t have a big staff, just a few people who have been with us for a while. We focus on the tasks at hand and don't worry too much about having a polished image. It’s just a regular office in a regular Rajasthan street, getting things done as they come.
