Dell Service Center

Our place is located in Atta Market, specifically on the first floor at Sector 132 153. If you’ve ever been to Atta Market, you know it’s one of the busiest spots you can find. There’s people everywhere and the noise from the street never really stops. We are up a flight of stairs that are a bit narrow. Inside, we handle repairs for Dell laptops and computers. It’s a practical workspace. We’ve got a long counter where people drop off their machines. Behind that, there are shelves filled with laptops waiting for parts or for their owners to pick them up. We use a lot of small screwdrivers and magnifying glasses. The lighting is very bright so we can see what we’re doing with the tiny screws inside the casings. We have a small bench for customers to sit on, but most people just leave their details and head back out into the market. It’s not a quiet or relaxing office. It’s a place where work happens. We often have multiple laptops open at once, and the sound of fans whirring is constant. Sometimes we get a bit backed up when a lot of people come in at once, but we just take them one by one. We don’t have a fancy waiting room with magazines or coffee. It’s just a straightforward service shop in the middle of a very hectic market. We like the energy of the area.
