Dace India

Dace India is located out in Greater Noida at F-92, within Site B of the Surajpur Industrial Area. It’s a fairly long drive from the main city, but the industrial area gives us the kind of room we need for our operations. The building is a large shed-like structure that stays cool in the morning but gets quite warm by the afternoon. We have a lot of equipment spread across the floor, and there is usually a steady hum of machines running throughout the day. The staff here mostly wears work clothes because it’s not the kind of place where you want to wear a suit and tie. There’s a lot of dust that comes in from the industrial roads outside, so we spend a fair bit of time just trying to keep the surfaces clean. We have a small room off to the side that serves as an office where the paperwork gets handled. It’s got a couple of old desks and a window that looks out onto the main work floor so we can see what’s going on at all times. We eat our lunch together at a big table in the back, usually talking about things other than work just to clear our heads for a bit. It’s a straightforward environment without any bells or whistles. We just show up, do the work that needs doing, and make sure everything is locked up tight before we head home in the evening.
