Countryinns& Resorts

Our office for Countryinns& Resorts is based at Xent Skills, which is at 142, Sector 40 in Noida. Sector 40 is a pretty standard residential and commercial mix. We handle a lot of the background work for the resorts and inns from this location. It’s a regular office setup with desks, some filing cabinets, and people on phones. We aren't out in the mountains or on a beach; we are in the middle of Noida's busy streets. Most of our day is spent coordinating with different properties and making sure things are running okay. It’s a lot of logistics and paperwork. The team here is quite small, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. There isn't any corporate hierarchy feel. If the phone rings, whoever is closest picks it up. We get our lunch from the local shops nearby. The commute in Noida can be a bit of a pain, but once we are in the office, we just focus on the tasks. We don't have a mission statement on the wall. We just try to get the bookings right and help people out when they call with questions. It’s a practical job in a practical part of town. We’ve been at this Sector 40 spot for a while now and it suits us just fine. We just take each day as it comes, making sure all the travel arrangements are handled without any major hiccups for the people visiting.
