Cogniscient Business Solutions Private Limited is located on the ground floor of B-85 in Sector-63. Being on the ground floor is great because we don't have to deal with elevators, and it stays a little cooler in the summer. The office is pretty simple, with a row of desks and some filing cabinets that have been there since we moved in. We have a small meeting room in the back where we sit and talk through things, but mostly we are just at our stations. You can hear the hum of the air conditioners and the sound of people typing all day long. Sector-63 is a busy place, so there are always people walking past the windows or delivery bikes pulling up outside. We keep a few plants on the windowsills to make it look a bit more lively, though we sometimes forget to water them. There is a small pantry where we make tea and keep our snacks. It’s not the kind of office you see in the movies, it’s just a regular workplace where we try to stay focused and get through our tasks. We don't have any big mission statements on the walls, just a calendar and maybe a few photos from the last time we all went out for a meal. It is a comfortable enough place to spend the day, and we all get along pretty well without too much formality.
