Started the shop on Main Dadri Road in Sector 49 a few years back. It’s a busy spot, especially in the evenings when everyone is heading home from work. Usually, it's just me or my brother sitting behind the counter. We see a lot of people coming in for small things like a new screen guard or asking why their data isn't working right. The traffic outside is pretty loud most of the time. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to sit in the dark for a bit until the backup kicks in. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular shop with glass counters full of chargers and cables. We spend a lot of time cleaning the dust off the display because the road outside is always under some kind of construction. People from around the neighborhood stop by to chat even if they don't need anything fixed. We’ve got a stool in the corner where Mr. Gupta from the next building usually sits and reads his paper. We keep the doors open to catch whatever breeze there is, but mostly it’s just the ceiling fan hum. It’s a simple living. We don't have a big team or anything, just us making sure folks get their phones working again so they can call their families. Sometimes it gets stressful when there’s a line of people waiting, but mostly it’s just steady work from morning till late evening.
