Career Plan

Career Plan is up on the second floor of building F-25 in Sector 18. If you’ve been around this area, you know it gets crowded. We’ve been in this specific spot for a bit now. There isn't an elevator that works all the time, so most people just take the stairs. It’s a bit of a climb but it keeps us moving. Our office isn't anything special to look at, honestly. We have some old wooden desks and a couple of computers that have seen better days. It’s mostly just us sitting around talking to people about their futures and what kind of work they want to find. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a weird rattling noise, but we’re used to it. We don't go in for those big fancy presentations you see in the city. We just sit down and look at the paperwork. We get a lot of walk-ins since we’re in such a central sector. It can get a bit loud with the street noise coming through the windows. We try to keep things simple. If someone needs help figuring out their next step, they come up the stairs and we see what we can do. It’s just how we run things here. No big corporate meetings, just regular people trying to help other regular people find a decent path. We usually have a stack of newspapers and brochures lying around for people to flip through while they wait. We often lose our favorite pens and have to go buy more at the stationery shop downstairs. It’s a plain place, but it works for us and the folks who visit.
