Cancer Clinic

Our clinic is over in Sector 20, at C-38. It’s a pretty easy location to find if you know the area. We’ve been here for a while, serving people from the nearby sectors. The building is simple and doesn’t stand out much from the others on the street. Inside, it’s just a regular medical office. We have a small desk where you check in and a row of chairs for waiting. It’s not the biggest place, so it can feel a bit snug when we have three or four families waiting at once. We don’t use any fancy computerized systems for everything; some of our records are still kept in big physical folders because it’s just easier for us that way. The lighting is bright and we keep the place as tidy as we can. Most people who come here are regulars who have been seeing the doctor for a long time. There isn't any big marketing or anything like that, just a sign on the gate. We spend our days answering the phone and helping the doctor with whatever is needed during the exams. It can be a tough job sometimes given the nature of the clinic, but we just try to be helpful. It’s a local spot where people come because they trust the familiar faces they see every time they visit to get their health checked.
