Our clinic is tucked away in Sector 12 of Noida, not too far from the big Metro Hospital. Dr. Richa Kumar runs the place, and we handle a bit of a strange mix of things here. On one hand, people come in for cosmetic stuff, like skin treatments or wanting to look a bit different. On the other hand, we deal with cancer cases, which is much more serious and heavy. It makes for a weird atmosphere sometimes. One person is worried about a wrinkle and the next person in the waiting room is dealing with something life-changing. We are in H-104, and the building is just a regular spot in the sector. It’s not a massive facility, just a few rooms where the consultations and treatments happen. The waiting area is small, and sometimes people have to stand if it’s a busy afternoon. Noida can get really dusty, so we are constantly trying to wipe down the glass and the counters. It’s a lot of work for a small team. Dr. Richa is usually tied up with patients for hours at a time, so things can run a bit behind schedule. We don't have a fancy automated system for everything. We mostly just keep track of things manually and try to make sure everyone gets seen when it’s their turn. It’s a practical place, and we just focus on the patients who are right in front of us without making things too complicated.
