We’ve been here at B 12 in the Surajpur Industrial Area for a while now. It’s a busy spot with all the factories around, so we stay pretty active from morning until late. Most people know us for the sweets and the snacks we keep out in the glass counters. It gets really crowded during the festival seasons when everyone is looking for gift boxes to take home. We just try to keep things fresh and make sure there’s enough for everyone who stops by the shop. The kitchen is always going. You can smell the ghee and the spices from the street sometimes. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular spot where you can grab a quick bite or sit down for a thali if you have the time. We see a lot of the same faces every day, workers from the nearby units and families who live around Sector 27. It's nice to be part of the routine here. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit much, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We keep the floors swept and the benches ready for whoever comes in. People like the variety, I guess. There is always something sweet or something salty ready to go. We don't do anything too complicated, just the traditional stuff that people grew up eating. It’s a lot of work keeping everything stocked, but we manage somehow.
