We’ve been here in Sector 12 for a while now. The office is tucked away near Metro Hospital, which makes it pretty easy to explain to people when they are trying to find us. It’s a busy spot in Noida. Most of us just get here in the morning, grab some tea from the guy down the street, and start our shift. It’s not a fancy corporate setup with glass walls everywhere; it’s more of a functional place where things actually get done. We handle the local side of the business for the bigger name. There’s a lot of paperwork and back-and-forth with the main office. Sometimes the internet acts up, or the power goes out for a bit, but we just deal with it. The neighborhood has a lot of small shops and the hospital crowd is always moving around. It’s noisy but it feels alive. We don't really do big meetings with fancy slides. It’s mostly just sitting around the main table and sorting through the day's issues. The staff is local, so we all know the shortcuts to avoid the traffic on the way home. It’s a plain office with plain people doing their jobs. We don't try to look like anything we aren't. It’s just a place to work and get home to our families at the end of the day. Nothing more to it really. We just keep things moving as best as we can without much fuss.
