You can find our working group in unit 426 within Sector-37, which is part of Arun Vihar in Noida. The layout of this sector can be a bit confusing for people who don't visit often. Inside, the space is usually filled with drawing boards and large monitors because of the nature of our work. It is common to see rolls of blueprints and sketches taking up every available inch of the tables. The aqrchitects working group consists of a few of us who simply enjoy building things. We don't have a marketing team or a polished image. Most of our work comes from people in the neighborhood or through word of mouth. Arun Vihar is a pleasant area because of all the trees and the lack of commercial noise. We spend a lot of our time debating the small details of our designs over cups of hot chai. When winter hits, the office gets quite chilly, so we all wear heavy sweaters while we work. Our schedule isn't very strict; we just stay until the drawings for the day are complete. It is a very hands-on environment that feels more like a workshop than a corporate office. We take things one project at a time and try to ensure that everything we put on paper will actually work in real life. It is a simple way of doing things, but it works for us.
