Aman Collections

Our place is out in Sector-59, specifically at A-32. It’s a typical industrial area with a lot of trucks moving in and out all day. Aman Collections started because we wanted to have a space where we could handle all our stock in one go. It’s basically a large warehouse with some desks tucked into the corner. We spend a lot of time unboxing things and checking for any damages from the transit. The air conditioning struggles a bit in the summer, so we usually have several floor fans going at once. It’s not a shop where you’d come to browse the aisles. It’s more of a hub for our operations. We have a small crew here, and we all end up doing a bit of everything, from sweeping the floor to managing the inventory lists. Sometimes we lose track of time when a big shipment arrives. There’s a lot of cardboard and plastic wrap everywhere most of the time. We try to keep things organized, but when it’s busy, the piles of clothes tend to grow pretty fast. We don’t have any big signs or fancy decorations. It’s just a plain gray building that gets the job done. Lunch is usually whatever someone brought from home or a quick snack from the cart outside. It’s a quiet kind of work, but we like the pace of it. We just focus on keeping the collections moving through the system and out the door.
