Adarsh Public School

You can find our school at B-193 in Sector 52. It is a settled part of Gautam Budha Nagar. The school is right there among the houses and other local spots. It is a convenient location for the families living in the sector. We have a brick building that has been there for many years. The front gate is painted blue, though it is peeling a bit at the bottom from the rain. Inside, it is a typical school setup. There are classrooms on different floors and narrow stairs connecting them. We have a small staff that works here. Most of us have been around for a long time. We know the shortcuts through the neighborhood streets. The morning starts with a bit of a scramble as kids arrive on cycles or are dropped off by their parents. We do not have a giant field, but there is enough room for the kids to stand for the morning assembly. We do a lot of writing on the boards. The notebooks pile up on the teachers' desks every Friday. It gets a bit dusty because of the construction nearby, but we sweep it out every morning. The neighborhood is usually quiet, except when we let the kids out for their lunch. The street gets full of parents waiting on their scooters. We have a few potted plants near the entrance that we try to keep alive, but the sun is quite harsh. It is an ordinary place to be every day.
