G. M. Medicare

G. M. Medicare is located on Sonda Road in the Adarsh Nagar neighborhood. It’s a fairly quiet part of town compared to some of the industrial areas. We are right there on the road, so it’s easy for people to spot us. The building we are in is quite old and has a lot of character, though it does mean we are always fixing things like leaky faucets or flickering lights. We deal with medical supplies and equipment, so our rooms are usually filled with boxes and crates. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but we know where everything is. The staff is just a handful of local people who have been here for years. We don't have a receptionist or a big sign out front. We just keep the doors open and let the breeze in when the weather is nice. Sonda Road can get a bit muddy when it rains heavily, which makes it hard to move the heavier crates. We usually spend our afternoons catching up on paperwork and checking our stock levels. We don't use any fancy management software; we mostly just use notebooks and a simple computer. Sometimes we have a bit of a laugh when a neighbor pops in just to chat for a few minutes. It’s that kind of place. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to provide what people need in our local area. It’s a very steady and predictable life for us here.
