Actia India

You can find Actia India over in Noida at H-221, Sector-22. It’s a pretty standard industrial and commercial area. We’ve been in this building for quite some time now. It isn't a flashy place with a lot of neon signs. Instead, it’s a solid brick-and-mortar spot where we spend our hours working on various projects. Noida can be a bit overwhelming with all the new construction, but Sector-22 feels a bit more established and settled. Inside, we have our workstations set up and there is usually a lot of wire and hardware laying around. We aren't the type to have a clean-desk policy because we are actually busy building and testing things. The lighting is bright, and the coffee machine is almost always running. We talk a lot across the room instead of sending emails to people sitting five feet away. It’s just easier that way. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in, which is just part of living and working here. We don’t have a big marketing department writing things for us, so this is just how it is. We show up, we do the work, and we go home. If you come by, you’ll probably see a few of us outside taking a breather near the entrance. It’s a very regular work life, and that suits us just fine.
