We've been at E-2 Adhyatmik Nagar Sector 17 for a while now. A R Gears Pvt Ltd is basically just a group of us working in the Kavi Nagar Industrial Area. It gets pretty busy around here, especially with the traffic on the main roads. We mostly handle gear work and mechanical stuff. The shop floor is usually loud. Some days are smoother than others, but that is how it goes when you are dealing with machinery and metal parts. We don't really do much fancy talk. People just drop by the office when they need things sorted out. It’s a plain building, nothing special to look at from the outside. We focus on getting the orders ready. Sometimes the power goes out in the industrial area, which slows things down, but we manage to catch up. Most of the guys here have been with us for years. We know the neighbors around Sector 17 pretty well by now. If you are looking for the place, just look for the sign near the gate. It is straightforward work. We don't have a big reception desk or anything like that. Just some desks, computers, and the workshop in the back. It works for what we do.
