We deal with a lot of bus tickets, flights, and people just trying to visit their families for the holidays. It gets really hectic around festival times in Andhra Pradesh. The phones don't stop ringing and there are always people coming in with questions about visas or train timings. We aren't a giant internet booking site where you never talk to a human being. We are right here in the neighborhood. If there is a problem with a booking, you can just walk in and talk to us face to face. We’ve seen a lot of changes in how people travel over the years. It used to be all paper and now it's all on phones, but the stress of traveling is still the same for most folks. We try to make it a bit easier for them. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just some desks and a lot of maps and old brochures. We know the best routes and which airlines are usually on time.
