Malik Real Estates

If you are looking for 487 on Bodhan Road, you just need to look across from the Minar Hotel. That is where Malik Real Estates is located. It is not a very fancy place, just a normal office where we sit and handle property things. Most days start with opening up the shutters and getting the dust off the chairs. Bodhan Road can get pretty loud with all the traffic passing by the hotel, but you get used to it after a while. We have been here for a bit now. People usually just drop in when they see the sign while they are out getting food or running errands nearby. There is usually someone here to talk to about land or houses. We keep some files on the desk and try to stay organized, even if it looks a bit messy sometimes when things get busy. It is just a local business run by people who live around here. We do not have any big speeches or corporate talk to give anyone. If someone needs to find a place or sell something, they come in, sit down, and we look at what is available. Sometimes the tea runs out and we have to send someone down the street to get more. That is pretty much how it goes every day at our spot. We just focus on the work that needs doing without making a big fuss about it at all.
