Kids Future School

Kids Future School is located at 3-3-337 in Gayathri Nagar, right in Nizamabad. It is a place that feels very local because most of the people who come here live just a few streets away. The building is not very big, but we use every inch of the space we have. Since it is for younger kids, there is always some noise or someone running around the corners. We have some colorful drawings on the walls that have started to fade a little, but they still look okay. Our main job is just watching over everything and making sure the day goes according to plan. The floors are stone and we spend a lot of time cleaning them because of all the footprints. In the office, we have a few old computers and piles of folders that never seem to get smaller. We sit on plastic chairs and talk about what needs to be fixed or which parents we need to call. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, except for the occasional vegetable seller shouting on the street. We don’t have a big playground, just a small area where the kids can stand around during the break. It is a humble setup and we don’t try to pretend it is anything else. We just show up every morning, open the shutters, and get to work. It’s a good way to spend the day in Gayathri Nagar.
